Nonclinical coaching and education

Quick exit

A small, predictable first step

You do not need to explain everything today.

Begin with a complimentary 30-minute phone or voice conversation, with video available by request. Its purpose is to understand what you are seeking, explain what coaching can and cannot provide, and decide whether another conversation makes sense.

What to expect

Four clear steps. No hidden commitment.

Know the journey before sharing any information.

  1. Send a minimal request

Provide a name, approved contact method, timezone, and a few possible meeting days. A detailed history is neither needed nor encouraged.

  2. Receive a safe reply

HSC replies using only the contact method the person approved. Email is the default; phone, text, or voicemail require explicit permission.

  3. Have a 30-minute voice conversation

The confirmed HSC practitioner listens, clarifies the request, explains the coaching scope, and discusses whether the fit seems appropriate. Video is available by request.

  4. Choose what happens next

If coaching is appropriate, HSC explains the practitioner, timing, privately discussed pricing, policies, and next step before an appointment is scheduled.

Who HSC serves: Consultation requests are for adults 18 and older.

What the consultation is

  • A 30-minute fact-finding conversation at no charge
  • Phone or voice by default, with video by request
  • A chance to ask questions about HSC coaching
  • A way to discuss goals and possible next steps
  • A fit check with no requirement to continue
Important boundary

What it is not

  • A coaching session
  • Psychotherapy or clinical assessment
  • Medical care or diagnosis
  • Legal advice or representation
  • Emergency or crisis response

Safe contact by design

You choose how HSC may reply.

The request asks separately about email, phone, text, voicemail, and whether a neutral message is needed. Silence never counts as permission to leave a revealing message.

How contact is handled

Minimal information, clear permission

  • as the public inquiry mailbox
  • A trained HSC team member reviews each request
  • Sensitive exceptions and practitioner-fit questions are escalated appropriately
  • Safe sender name and neutral subject line
  • Correction, deletion, retention, and access rules
  • Failed-contact and referral processes
  • Messages reviewed during business operations, not continuously

Response process: HSC aims to reply within two business days. Messages are not monitored continuously. Do not use HSC messages for urgent or crisis needs.

Private scheduling

Agree on a time after the request.

Healing Self Compass serves adults throughout the United States. International appointments may be considered individually when time zones, service fit, privacy, and local limitations can be coordinated. HSC and the client arrange an agreed appointment time privately.
